My philosophy is straightforward

Challenges origins from changed conditions. Many organizations became successful through the choices they did as things were then. In order to find a new recepy for success, the environment can offer valuable input.

Competence exists inside the organization. Organizations consists of individuals with different competencies and perspectives. The key to success is about collaborating and aligning eachother to reach the goal.

The many small steps are as important as the vision. Visions and strategies are needed to show the direction, but
progress is made by taking the steps.

Values, principles, and methods. Common values is the foundation in successful organizations. From these, principles can be agreed upon, from which methods can be developed.

Change - a state of things. The successful organization is a learning organization. It embraces new knowledge, and turn it to continuous improvements to satisfy its customers.
