| Competence exists inside the organization. | Organizations consists of individuals with different competencies and perspectives. The key to success is about collaborating and aligning eachother to reach the goal. |
| The many small steps are as important as the vision. | Visions and strategies are needed to show the direction, but progress is made by taking the steps. |
| Values, principles, and methods. | Common values is the foundation in successful organizations. From these, principles can be agreed upon, from which methods can be developed. |
| Change - a state of things. | The successful organization is a learning organization. It embraces new knowledge, and turn it to continuous improvements to satisfy its customers. |
