Change - a voyage of discovery We are on journey in a continuously changing environment. Everybody has his or her own skills and experiences. Together we have our unique competence. The whole crew can contribute to make the journey successful. We have a goal, otherwise the road is not important. And if we don't share the goal, it's easy to get lost. The expedition is seldom made in one giant step. It is rather many small steps that leads us to the goal. We can't plan all steps in advance. Each step requires courage, leadership and an open mind.
